MUTUAL EFFORTS

  • Parents & guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity & discipline, helping their children or wards to prepare their lessons & taking helpful interest in the activities of the school.
  • Daily attendance of the students is a must for their satisfactory progress in studies. Assignments & projects to be done at home will be taken into consideration for promotion to the next class.
  • Parents should see to that their children study at home; serious and steady home study is essential for real academics progress and final success.
  • A students in the High School class should put in four five hours of serious study at home every day, while one in the primary class, at least three hours.
  • Nobody is allowed to meet the students or the teachers during the school-hour without the permission of the Principal. The teachers can be met before or after the school-hours with prior appointments.
  • The mutual efforts observed by the students & parents have bear fruits in the form of creative academic achievements. It helps us move in the direction of doing better in the coming sessions.
  • Parents & guardians are requested to notify the school office in writing of any change in their address or telephone number. In all communications with the school, the name, standard & division of their children should be clearly mentioned.
  • Cell phones are strictly not permitted within the school premises.

DISCIPLINE

  • Refinement of manners, habits of obedience and order, neatness in person & dress, and punctuality are required at all times.
  • All must be present for the assembly and observe silence prayer must be said with respect and devotion.
  • The school diary issued to every student at the beginning of the year is to kept intact and neat all throughout the year, & Brought to School Every Day. It is means of communication for the school authorities & staff with the parents about their child.
  • Any kind of damage to the school premises must be immediately reported to the Principal & must be made in good.
  • The school is not responsible for book, money, clothes etc. lost. Students must look after their own things. It is not advisable for them to bring valuable articles to the school. Ornament, external symbols like bangles, special clothes, imprints on body and colored hair are not allowed.
  • Petrol or Diesel vehicles are not allowed in the school campus.
  • Disciplinary action will be taken against those who are habitually late.
  • School uniform is compulsory.

DISMISSAL

  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or defiance of authority, lack of sufficient improvement in conduct & studies even after warnings or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student.
  • A student who falls more than once in the same class shall be removed from the school. The decision of the principal shall be final in this matter.
